  • How do I open an account?.
    You can open an account with us online here or alternatively you can apply for a business credit account by completing this application form Request an account
  • Is my personal information secure?.
    Yes, we follow a strict Data protection procure with all of our clients and customers. You can view our policies Here
  • What are your opening times?.
    We open Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm. We are usually closed during bank holidays and other major holidays like Christmas and New years Day. Because we love our staff, we do shut down for a little while over the festive period, this information is usually available on our website closer to the time.
  • What's you address?.
    You can visit our warehouse facility at the below address. We are located at the far end of the industrial estate past our neighbours Anvil Hire.
  • Do you have a trade counter?
    Yes, we have a trade counter open to everyone. You just turn up and we'll assist you with anything you need to buy. Our helpful warehouse team will even help load your car.
  • How can I make a payment?
    You can pay for your order online via the checkout page, we accepted multiple payment methods like Debit card, Credit card, PAYPAL, Apply Pay. If you have created a credit account, you can order your goods online without needing to make payment upfront. Simply select OFFLINE PAYMENT at the checkout, this order will be added to your account and dispatched as usual. We wont take large payments over the telephone, we will kindly ask for larger payment to made via BACS. Our team will forward these details at the time the order is placed.
  • How do I return an I item?
    To make things easy, we have a number of return methods for you to choose from. Before you do return your item, just make sure to read our returns policy to check that your item is eligible for a full refund or return. When returning, please make sure you return in suitable packaging. You can either send the item back to us via courier or if you are located within our free delivery area we will collect the item ourselves. Simply get in touch with our team to start the return.   • How long will it take to receive a credit or refund for returned items?
    We will process your refund with 24 hours of receiving the good back. The funds are usually back in your account within 1-3 working day but be aware some payment methods can take a little longer. Rest assured it's on it way back to you.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    It's easy, simply get in touch with our team either via the website or by telephone and we will help you cancel any existing orders. If an order has already been shipped then we will help organise the return and process your refund or exchange. Contact Us
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order via our website, simply add the item to your basket then proceed to checkout to pay for the item. You will be asked for the delivery address along the way. You can also place an order by telephone if you prefer, our friendly team are available Monday - Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm. 01283 552222
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is placed you can request a delivery status from our team. We delivery most of our goods via our own fleet of delivery vehicles but we also use a third party courier service for anything outside of our free delivery area. Contact Us
  • What are my delivery options?.
    You have a few options available for delivery: ​Option 1 - Free Delivery (FREE DELIVERY ZONE CHECKER). Includes any item(s) purchased from our website regardless of weight/size. ​ Option 2 - Nationwide Delivery - Orders £100 or less - £9.95 +VAT​.​​​​​ ​Option 3 - Free Nationwide Delivery - All orders over £100. ​ Option 4 - Collection - Your order will be ready to collect from our warehouse within 30 minutes. Please note - Some Bulky products may not be eligible for delivery outside of our Free Delivery areas due to the size or weight of the product. ​
  • How do I make a complaint?
